1.1     These terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) are applicable when you the (“Customer”) place an order via www.lauredesign.com, the ("Website").

1.2     The Website and all its content is owned by Laure Design and may not be copied or used without the prior written consent of Laure Design.

1.3      Laure Design is entitled to, at any time, change or update the content on the website. If an inaccurate price has been stated for a product ordered by the Customer, Laure Design will contact the Customer accordingly and await the Customer’s approval of the amended price prior to Laure Design continuing with the order process.

1.4     Images on the Website do not guarantee to reproduce the exact appearance of the product.

2.0    ORDERS

2.1    In placing an order through the Website, the Customer acknowledges agreement to adhere to the Terms & Conditions.

2.2     An order is considered as concluded when the Customer receives the product from Laure Design as per the order confirmation from the Website or Paypal via e-mail.

2.3     The customer should retain the order confirmation email from PayPal for any future communications with Laure Design regarding the order.

2.4     Laure Design reserves the right to deny any Customer’s order (e.g. if the customer has stated a delivery address outside of the United Kingdom mainland & Northern Ireland).


3.1     When the Customer places an order or communicates with Laure Design via the contact form or email, the Customer is giving consent for this data to be used as part of communications between Laure Design and the Customer. The Customer is responsible for any errors in the information provided to Laure Design. Information about the processing of personal data is explained on the Website Privacy Policy page, which is viewable here


4.1     The prices stated on the Website apply to UK orders placed on the Website. All prices are in Great British Pounds.  No other currency is accepted as payment through the Website.  

4.2     Laure Design is not VAT registered, so no VAT is levied on purchases.

4.3     The prices do not include postage & packing fees. Postage & Packing fees will be displayed at checkout and are paid by the Customer as part of the checkout process.

4.4     The Customer can only pay for their purchase on the Website using PayPal.


5.1     Laure Design may, at specific times, provide special offers on the Website which may offer products at a different price to normal pricing.  Laure Design reserves the right, at any time, to withdraw any special offers.


6.1     Products should normally be delivered as stated on the Website on the Postage & Packing page, which is viewable here. Unless otherwise agreed (e.g. in connection with pre-order products or special condition products such as bespoke print sizes), delivery will be made no later than 30 working days after Laure Design has received the order confirmation from PayPal.

6.2     If a delivery is delayed for more than 30 working days and this delay it is not due to the Customer, you are entitled to cancel the purchase.



7.1.1  To cancel an order prior to dispatch the Customer must contact Laure Design by using the contact form here or by email to info@lauredesign.com.  The order shall be considered cancelled only upon confirmation from Laure Design.  Submission of cancellation through the  contact form or by email to Laure Design is not considered a cancellation of order until a response from Laure Design has been issued.  The cancellation response will be communicated from Laure Design by email.

7.1.2  If the order is confirmed by Laure Design as cancelled prior to dispatch, Laure Design will refund any payments the Customer has made with regards to the order.  The refund will be issued within 14 days of the cancellation response from Laure Design.  The refund will be issued through PayPal back to the PayPal account the Customer used to pay for the order.

7.1.3  If the Customer cancels the order after it has been dispatched by Laure Design then cancellation terms set out in terms 7.2 -7.6 shall apply.


7.2.1  When purchasing products on the Website, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the Customer has 14-days to notify  Laure Design of a need to cancel and return a product.

7.2.2  To cancel the purchased product the Customer shall, prior to the expiry of the 14-day period from delivery, notify Laure Design of the cancellation through the contact form here or by email to info@lauredesign.com.  The Customer must provide in the cancellation message, the PayPal order reference number, date of purchase, full name, full postal address, email address, name of product and quantity of the product being cancelled.

7.2.3  If the Customer uses their right to cancel the purchase after Dispatch from Laure Design, the Customer shall pay for the return shipping costs of the product to Laure Design.  The Customer is responsible for the condition of the product until received back by Laure Design.  

7.2.4  The Product must be returned by the Customer to Laure Design in its original condition without damage or alteration.  The product must be returned to Laure Design by the Customer within 14 days from the date when Laure Design was notified of the cancellation.

7.2.5  The Customer is responsible for the product until received by Laure Design, it is strongly advised to use a tracked delivery service when sending the product to Laure Design.  If the product is not received by Laure Design or is in breach of condition 7.2.4 then no refund will be issued.

7.3     In the event of the customer cancelling the purchase, Laure Design will refund the amount the Customer has paid for the product, including shipping costs. Any additional shipping costs due to the Customer choosing another delivery option other than the standard delivery offered by Laure Design are exempted from refund.

7.4     Upon return of part of an order (e.g. If the Customer purchases multiple products in a single order and they are not returning them all), the shipping costs will not be refunded.

7.5     Laure Design will refund the amount due within 14 days of either Laure Design receiving the goods back from the Customer, or the Customer providing evidence of having returned the goods by tracked postage, whichever is the sooner.

7.6     The refund will be issued through PayPal back to the PayPal account the Customer used to pay for the order.


8.1     Any Customer who wishes to file a complaint for any defective product ordered on the Website shall contact Laure Design, as soon as possible after discovering the defect using the contact from here or by email to info@lauredesign.com. Only complaints made within 14 days of receipt of the product will be considered.

8.2     Laure Design will assume the cost for the return postage for any approved complaints.

8.3     Once a product, for which a complaint has been filed, is returned and the complaint approved, Laure Design will refund the Customer in compliance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.


9.1    Laure Design is not responisble for any personal data the Customer provides to other websites either linked to or from the Website.

9.2     Laure Design is not responsible for any content, beliefs, statements or standing of any website linked to or from the Wesbite.


10.1     Laure Design is not liable for any delays caused by force majeure circumstances beyond Laure Design's control, e.g. general labour dispute, extreme weather, acts of war, fire, lightning, terrorist attacks, changed governmental orders, technical problems, defects in power, defects in communications, defects or delays in the service by sub-suppliers due to circumstances set forth above. If any such situation should arise, Laure Design shall inform the Customer accordingly at the earliest opportunity given the nature of the force majeure.  In an event of force majeure, both the Customer and Laure Design are entitled to terminate the purchase with immediate effect.


11.1     Laure Design reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes to these Terms & Conditions will be posted on the Website on the Terms & Condition page. Changes will become valid once the Customer has accepted the Terms & Conditions, either by making a new purchase or by browsing the Website after the date the new Terms & Conditions are posted on the Terms & Conditions page of the Website.


12.1     If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable by any competent court, authority or arbitral tribunal, the remainder of that provision and all other provisions will remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
